Engineer What Matters
We're building the power systems the world depends on — from AI data centers to advanced generation. Work alongside a vendor-neutral team recognized by the Texas Nuclear Alliance and IDCA, on the most demanding problems in the industry.
Why Eradeh
Work That Moves the Grid
Fully Remote
Work from anywhere. We hire exceptional engineers regardless of location and give you the autonomy to do your best work.
Frontier Problems
EMT studies, microgrid controls, HV substation protection — the hardest, highest-impact work in power engineering.
Vendor-Neutral
No products to push. Our recommendations serve the client, and your engineering judgment is what matters.
Open Roles
Current Opportunities
Electrical Engineer — Power System Studies
Lead EMT and load-flow studies for mission-critical and grid-interconnected power systems — PSCAD modeling, dynamic stability, and protection coordination for data centers, BTM generation, and utility-scale assets.
Electrical Engineer — Protection & Controls, Microgrid & BTM
Design plant-level microgrid controls and behind-the-meter interconnection protection — islanding and resynchronization schemes, governor/AVR tuning, and IEEE 1547 compliance, with hands-on SEL RTAC and IEC 61850 work.
Senior Electrical Engineer — HV Substation Design & Protection
Own 69 kV–345 kV substation design and protection — SEL relay settings, IEEE C37 and NERC PRC compliance, ETAP/SKM studies, and direct transmission-utility interface on interconnection, protection, and metering.
