Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Eradeh Power Consulting (“Eradeh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit eradehpower.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us. We are a business-to-business electrical engineering consulting firm based in Houston, Texas, United States.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide and a limited amount of technical information necessary to operate the Site:
- Contact form submissions. When you use our contact form, we collect your name and email address (required), and your company, phone number, subject, and message (optional).
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe to our updates, we collect your email address.
- Meeting scheduling. If you book time with a team member through our scheduler, we collect the name, email, and meeting details you provide.
- Technical/log data. Our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically process standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the Site. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, health data, or precise geolocation) through the Site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide the services or information you request;
- send updates or publications you have subscribed to (you may unsubscribe at any time);
- schedule and manage meetings you request;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. Cookies & Tracking
We keep the Site deliberately lightweight. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics), tracking pixels, or cross-site trackers, and we do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising. Because we set no non-essential cookies, we do not display a cookie-consent banner.
Our authenticated client and staff portal uses strictly necessary browser storage (for example, to keep you signed in). These items are required for the service to function and are exempt from consent requirements under applicable law. If we ever introduce analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this Policy and implement any consent mechanism the law requires before doing so.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that operate the Site and our tools on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, and calendar/scheduling services), under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us;
- For legal reasons, when required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, safety, or property; and
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law, after which we delete or de-identify it. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege permissions — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, request deletion or correction, and designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@eradehpower.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites (such as LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
